These terms apply when you use rewiredlifestyle.com or take part in the Rewired Lifestyle Program, offered by MAD GYMS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering, applying, or enrolling, you agree to them.
Rewired is a one-on-one nutrition and lifestyle coaching program. Your coach works with you on habits around food, sleep, stress, movement, and daily routine.
Rewired is not medical care. Our coaches are not physicians, dietitians, or licensed medical providers, and nothing in the program is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always talk to your doctor before making changes to your nutrition, exercise, or health routine, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication.
You are responsible for your own health decisions. If something does not feel right, stop and speak with a medical professional.
Coaching starts with a call. There is a $20 booking fee to reserve it. If you attend your call, that fee is applied toward your first payment. If we decide the program is not the right fit for you, the fee is refunded in full. If you do not show up for your scheduled call without rescheduling, the fee is not refunded.
The program is billed on a 28-day cycle, not monthly. Current pricing is shown on our site at the time you enroll. Your card is charged automatically at the start of each cycle until you cancel. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and we do not store your full card details.
You can cancel with 28 days notice. You will be billed for one more cycle after you tell us, and then your billing stops. Coaching continues through the end of that cycle. Payments already made are not refundable, except where required by law.
Coaching works when you take part in it. You agree to give accurate information about your health and goals, and to tell your coach if your health situation changes.
We do not promise specific results. What you get out of the program depends on many things, including your effort, your starting point, and your circumstances. Any examples we share are individual experiences, not guarantees.
To the fullest extent the law allows, MAD GYMS LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the program or this site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted here with its date.
